This short video allows people to know what to expect when receiving a Bio Energy Healing session. Bio Energy Healing is different to Reiki, and although is perhaps not as widely known, those who are aware of this alternative health treatment are in no doubt of it's benefits. The foundation of Bio Energy field therapy is rooted in the natural energetic system of the body, this is made up of seven energy centres - chakras. Each chakra influences a specific aspect of ourselves. Blockages in these chakra can cause disease and ill health, both mental and physical.
